Dubai Tower to Become World’s Tallest Hotel

A new architectural marvel is rising in Dubai, set to become the world’s tallest hotel. This record-breaking skyscraper will redefine luxury hospitality with its sleek design, breathtaking skyline views, and world-class amenities. Located in the heart of the city, the tower promises to attract global travelers and elevate Dubai’s status as a premier destination. As construction progresses, anticipation builds around what this iconic structure will offer once it opens its doors to the public.

Ciel Dubai, an eye-catching 82-storey structure, is set to feature 1,004 rooms. Though still under construction, it has already attracted worldwide attention.

Soaring above Dubai’s already impressive skyline, the hotel promises an unmatched experience that feels like living among the clouds. Anticipated to open later this year, it aims to break records as the tallest hotel on the planet. With a height of 1,197 feet (365 meters), it will surpass all previous contenders.

Strategically placed in the vibrant Dubai Marina, the hotel’s location is surrounded by the world’s largest man-made marina. From its vantage point, guests can take in sweeping views of the Persian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, and the Burj Khalifa.

Inside the tower, accommodations include 1,004 rooms with 147 premium suites. Guests will enjoy floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide uninterrupted vistas. A wide range of luxury amenities will be available, along with over ten food and beverage venues within the property.

Recent construction updates from April and May 2025 show strong progress in completing major parts of the hotel. Designed by NORR, the same firm behind Atlantis The Palm and developed by The First Group, the hotel is envisioned as both a design masterpiece and a symbol of luxury hospitality. It will be part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Vignette Collection.

Among its standout features is the world’s highest infinity pool, the "Tattu Sky Pool," perched on the 76th floor nearly 1,000 feet above the ground. A sky-high restaurant will sit at 1,158 feet, alongside a glass observation deck and lounge on the 81st floor. Dining reaches new heights with the three-level Tattu Dubai complex, and a 12-level sky garden adds to the allure.

Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped gym, luxury spa, and other top-tier facilities. Once operational, Ciel Dubai will redefine luxury travel, offering an elevated experience in every sense of the word.
