Unilever Reveals Exciting New Ice Cream Range for 2025

Unilever has announced an exciting new ice cream range for 2025, promising a mix of innovative flavors and revamped classics. The upcoming lineup is designed to cater to evolving consumer preferences, including plant-based options and indulgent treats. With a focus on sustainability and creativity, Unilever aims to enhance its appeal across global markets. This new collection reflects the brand’s commitment to taste, innovation, and environmental responsibility in the frozen dessert sector.

Unilever has unveiled its upcoming 2025 ice cream collection, featuring a fresh selection of flavors and product formats across popular brands like Talenti, Breyers, Popsicle, Good Humor, Magnum, and Klondike.

This latest assortment includes indulgent bakery-style gelato, treats inspired by s’mores, and novelty items tied to beloved characters.

Bentley King, head of Unilever’s U.S. ice cream division, emphasized the company’s ongoing commitment to crafting premium frozen desserts that cater to diverse tastes and memorable moments. He highlighted that the 2025 lineup showcases their dedication to innovation and consumer favorites, with more product reveals expected later in the year.

Talenti Gelato Layers is expanding with three dessert-themed additions, building on its signature see-through jar presentation. One flavor features layers of chocolate chip cookie gelato, shortbread chunks, cookie batter, vanilla gelato, and a base of chocolate cookies.

Another creation draws inspiration from Italian tiramisu, combining mascarpone gelato with espresso chocolate fudge, vanilla cookies, and cold brew coffee sorbet. A third option includes snickerdoodle cookie gelato, vanilla gelato, cinnamon churro layers, and cookie batter.

Breyers is launching a Campfire Collection based on classic s’mores, with offerings like tubs and pints that blend toasted marshmallow, graham cracker, and Hershey’s chocolate. It also features a s’mores bar with a marshmallow center and chocolate coating, and an ice cream sandwich using graham crackers and marshmallow ice cream with chocolate swirls.

Alongside this, Breyers is rolling out a non-dairy chocolate oat milk option, new Carb Smart flavors including strawberry and rocky road, and a strawberry shortcake collaboration with Good Humor.

The Carb Smart line is getting new additions tailored for those watching their carb intake. The strawberry version offers a fruity, creamy treat, while the rocky road flavor pairs a chocolate-marshmallow base with almond bits.

The Good Humor partnership brings a strawberry shortcake tub that mixes strawberry, vanilla, and the brand’s signature cake crumbles.

Popsicle is adding playful, character-based products to its range. Highlights include a Buzz Lightyear Rocket Pop in berry and citrus flavors, Grogu bars with mint and chocolate, and Olaf-themed bars in vanilla, caramel, and chocolate.

The Spider-Man ice pop offers strawberry, blue raspberry, and lime flavors in a fun character shape, while Jolly Rancher Sours pops provide a tangy spin on a classic candy.

Magnum’s latest premium entry features vanilla bean ice cream coated in rich 39% cacao milk chocolate and an extra chocolate shell for added crunch.

Klondike joins the 2025 rollout with a new cone duo pack under the Good Humor label, offering strawberry and vanilla cones topped with cake crumbs and chocolate sauce in crisp wafer shells.
